Privacy Policy

Who operates this service
Fresh Music Marketing operates the Fresh Music Creator Platform. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to creators@freshmusicmarketing.com.
Use of YouTube API Services
The Creator Platform uses YouTube API Services and Google OAuth. By connecting a Google account, you authorize the read-only access shown on Google’s consent screen. You may also review Google’s Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.
Information we collect
We collect the creator name you submit and the verified email provided by Google; Google account identifiers needed for authentication; your YouTube channel ID, title, public metadata, and statistics; submitted video IDs, titles, thumbnails, publication and availability information; and authorized YouTube Analytics for submitted campaign videos, including views, engaged views, reporting dates, and aggregated country-level geography. We also store application decisions, campaign participation, consent versions, security events, estimates, final approved amounts, and legally required financial records.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate creators, confirm channel and video ownership, review applications and videos, administer music campaigns, display creator-authorized analytics, apply disclosed campaign compensation rules, prevent manipulated or ineligible activity, provide support, send program notices, secure the service, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Fresh Music’s rate-eligible views and campaign payout estimates are separate calculations under Fresh Music campaign terms; they are not Google or YouTube metrics or financial projections.
Sharing and transfers
Authorized personnel and service providers may process information only as needed to operate hosting, security, email, support, and future payment administration. Participating music clients may receive campaign-specific performance and payment reporting, but they do not receive Google OAuth tokens or direct access to your Google account. We do not sell Google user data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Google API Limited Use
Fresh Music Marketing’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage, security, and retention
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, transmitted over HTTPS, and restricted to systems and personnel operating the Creator Platform. Active authorization and submitted-video existence are reconfirmed at least every 30 days. API-derived analytics are retained only as permitted by YouTube’s policies and for active campaign administration. If additional analytics retention or derived metrics require YouTube approval, those features remain disabled until approval is documented. We may retain minimized payment, consent, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, and legal records for the period required for those purposes.
Your controls
You can disconnect Google or request account deletion from the creator dashboard. Disconnecting programmatically revokes the token and removes eligible Google API-derived data. You may also revoke access through Google Account connections. If access is revoked externally or authorization cannot be confirmed, synchronization stops and eligible API data is removed under the applicable YouTube policy timeframe. Verified deletion requests are completed within seven days, except for minimized records we must retain for legal or completed-payment purposes.
Changes
We may update this policy as the platform, law, or API requirements change. The current revision date will appear above and material changes will be communicated when required.
